Like Otto und Karin said, Your financial situation is not related to lifting condition unlike AOS where the sponsor or co-sponsor's income should be above the poverty level.

The main purpose of I-751 is make sure the USC and resident alien have a legitimate co-mingled marriage and have joint things among themselves.

Looks like you are done with biometric and probably have gotten NOA. Now the wait for approval begins. Since you are at CSC, it should be faster hopefully, this assumption is

based on CSC's past fast processing record.
