M-1 student trying to adjust atatus

hi everybody ,i really appreciate this site ,please i need your advice on my case. i came into US in jan 09 with student visa good for one year ,attended my school for one month,thinking of going back to my country then met the love of my life who happens to be US citizen but originally from my home town and country.we got married in may 09 and now we leave together in her house which is another state from my school ,so technically for now am not i school ,my question is does marrying a usc originally from my country (we speak thesame language) affect my AOS. 2 does leaving in another state from my school location affect my AOs .thanks

Us citizen is Us citizen it doesnt matter where or what language they speak. The school location doesnt really matter as long as you can proof the marriage is legit.....:-)
