hi! based on my experience, the lady consul asked me how many times my petitioner got married, when did they divorce and how many kids do they have and their age/s and if the kids are staying with him or with ex wife.

I know that they asked my fiance when I got divorced even though they had the divorce decree and they also asked her why we got divorced. So I would suggest that you talk to your fiance/husband and make sure you know the details of his divorce..What was the reason? Maybe they won't ask but better to be prepared. Good luck. Mike
