hello everybody,

We received the RFE "email notice" yesterday.

The issue that we have is that my husband is outside USA, he spending his vacation here with me in Morocco, and he'll be back till the 20th of july!!

For those who received the RFE (with K-3 case), it'll be very helpful if you give us an idea about what kind of additional evidence, information or materials the USCIS is asking about?? We are CURIOUS

thanks for all

I received the letter yesterday and have a K-3 status. It asks 3 questions:

1)Did you meet your fiance or spouse though the service of an international marriage broker?

(If you answered 'yes', please provide the name of the international marriage broker and where the international marriage broker is located)

2) Have you ever been convicted by a court of law (civil or criminal) or court martialed by a military tribunal for any of the following crimes:

(There is a list of various crimes including domestic violence, homocide, incest, and 3 or more convictions for alcohol related crimes, etc.)

3) If you have provided information about a conviction for a crime listed above and you were being battered or subjected to extreme cruelty by your spouse, parent, or adult child at the time of your conviction, check all of the following that apply to you:

(There is a list of actions including self-defense, violating a protection order, a crime related to being battered, etc.)

Then you just sign and date the letter and return it to the address listed in the first paragraph.

Hopefully, this helps a little. It's a relatively simple form to understand and fill out.

Enjoy your vacation!
