Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Uruguay
Timeline

After filing our AOS packet, with AP , EAD , AOS stuff, the NOA we received only has 2 application numbers - I-485, and the I-765

The I-131 was missing from the NOA, I'm guessing we'll get another, but wanted clarification I couldn't find in the FAQ =(

Also the I-131 is online in our case status ( i searched by sequential MSC numbers and found it), just weird it wasn't on the first NOA

Thanks for any clarification

06/02/2008 - Her second trip to Los Angeles, Went to Cancun to propose (another YES!)

07/08/2008 - Filed for I-129F CSC
