my husband refile I130... sorry for being stupid... i just need of your opinion if we need to send I129???

he sent the form I130 june 15, dont have noa1.

No dont file the I-129F its for a K3 visa, it will only slow down your I-130 The CR-1 visa is the better visa. Now just wait for your NOA 1 then your NOA 2

dont do the I129

just wait for the approval of I-130

then do the I864 and DS230

it is faster and i use the same process

only couple on months and thats it

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Hello Dear, better to take the CR-1 journey! Pinay din ako and we planned to file K3 application but looking all the benefits and costs, better to have the CR-1.

10-19-09: Hubby's second visit in the Philippines

11-10-09: Hubby's flight back to USA

NVC Journey:

11-19-09: Case number assigned

11-30-09: AOS bill and DS 3032 from NVC received

12-01-09: DS-3032 returned via email

12-03-09: DS-3032 hardcopy sent via FEDEX

12-05-09: Paid AOS BILL

12-07-09: DS 3032 hardcopy received by J. Desmond

12-15-09: IV BILL generated

12-19-09: Paid IV BILL

salamat!!! thank you thank you so much for all of you.. what happened to our case was such a big trials for us. but we need to be strong and stand tall. Now we have the courage to do and start all over again. another waiting time, patience,..

we filled I130 F2A category my husband was LPR B4 THEN he became USC so we upgrade the case. they sent us RFE BUT MY HUSBAND failed to complete the evidence they asked. so the response to his rfe is denial notice.
