I need Help , Regarding the K1 Visa Filling

Hi!

My fiance Is US Citizen , i am Pakistani and working in Saudi Arabia. We both have decided to file for K1. She will file from USA. I like to know that can we Proceed while i am living in Saudi arabia, as i like to process from Saudi Arabia or i have to go back to pakistan for this.

Secondly how will i be able to recieve the packages from USCIS, if i will write in the question # 20 of I-129F "Fiance will Apply for a Visa Abroad at the American Embassy or Consulate at" Riyadh(city), Saudi Arabia(country), because in Saudia we have P.O Box address intead of any specific street or House # Address. SO please Help us so that we can proceed and Get our K1 approved Without any Delay .

I think you'll be fine if your mailing address is a PO Box address... not 100% about what you will put down as your place of residence on the G-325A though. You might need to ask someone in your regional forums about that.

In regards to mail, though... I know that DHL accepts PO Box address in Saudi Arabia, even though they don't accept them for most other places. It's fairly common knowledge that that part of the world doesn't really have proper physical addresses for mailing and that you have to direct cab drivers to where you want to go rather than saying "take me to 125 Green St!"

For the petition YOU don't write anything, she does. Yes you can process in Saudi Arabia. And a PO box is acceptable as a mailing address. She needs to list your residence address also, as you will on the G-325a

As long as you are legally living in Saudi Arabia, the US consulate will allow you to interview there.
