Well, I'm silly and misread the instructions for changing status from a K-1. So I neglected to include 2 photos each for the I-131 and the I-765 as well as the photocopies they requested.

I only just sent the application to the Chicago lockbox so should I just send the other stuff there with a cover letter to explain my mistake? My only worry is that I don't want the documents to not reach my application.

Alternatively, should I wait until they contact me? My only concern with that is that I don't want to delay my application.

Any other suggestions?

There is a good chance they will get misplaced if you send them now. Wait until you get the NOA1s for each, it will have a case number. Since photos are relatively cheap and easy to come by, you can then send them with a cover letter, reference the case number and maybe they will get put together with your file. If not they will send an RFE and you are only out the cost of the photo and postage for trying. The AP, when you receive it, is a photocopy of the photo you sent for the AOS, so maybe you are OK there. Also, for the green card they use the photo they take at the biometrics appointment, so you may come out OK.
