Okay, so I was surfing the USCIS site for something (don't even remember what for, now) and I came upon this e-filing page.

So, the site says...

•Do you want to file your benefits application from home, from work, from the coffee shop around the corner-- anywhere with an Internet connection?

•Do you want to pay your fees with a credit card or directly through your checking or savings account?

•Do you want immediate confirmation that your application has been received by USCIS?

Well, heck yeah, I want to do all of that! But, for AoS, you do have to go in for an appointment (at the ASC (Appointment Service Center - we'd get to see the new Detroit Office BowFlex was raving about :)) for the fingerprints and photos portion of the trip. BUT, if you file online, you can use a CREDIT CARD! No cash required!!!

So, I'm wondering, if that would be a good place to go for AoS, because all of the AoS forms are eligible for concurrent filing and payment at once via the E-Filing.

Has anyone tried this? I'm wondering if we would be the first to try this from the Canadian forum... hmmm....

edit note: Forgot the E-Filing website link before. :bonk:

Cannot E-File AOS.

All the forms are there... except I-485. There was information on the USCIS site, that stated the form was available... but it isn't on the list (once you're logged in to file). :(

I-485 is not (for example)... It would certainly be a nice feature though...

I efiled for my renewal of my EAD and AP while I was still waiting for my AOS. It was pretty easy, but no AOS isn't available for e-filing.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
