Hi, I am trying to fill out the form for our change of address, I have a couple questions on what to write for my son with a K2 visa, I'm a lil bit confused.

Question1: Copy Number From Alien Card (Should I put my A number? Or NA?)

Question2: If not a Permanent Resident, my stay in the US expires on: (His I-94 expires on 11/23/2008, but I'm gonna send his AOS packet together with this AR-11 next week, should I put 11/23/2008? )

Please help, I want to send this and his AOS packet asap...

Thank you!!!

I also have a question about his I-485.

Question 1: A#?

2. Current USCIS Status? ( he got here 08/25/2008, I-94 expired on 11/23/2008)

3. Expires on: (Should I use his visa expiration date or I-94?)

4. Your Father's First Name (He is my son from my previous boyfriend, we are not married and his name is not on the BC)

THANK YOU!!

The AR-11 doesn't need to be sent with the AOS documents - can be filed online. (In fact the mailing address - should you want to send it via mail - is in Louisville Ky, not the same as you'd file AOS.)

The A# is what you would enter - and for the expiration date, I'd put the expiration date of your child's I-94.
