Hey VJ's,

One question to the experiences one, I'm filling out I-485 form and I have a question on Part 3, C. It asks about every organization, fund, etc I was part of in the US or other places. what is best to put? Like would my employer from homecountry Ukraine count as organization?

No. They are particularly looking for political organizations, political parties, activist organizations, etc. There is nothing wrong with being a member of such organizations, provided they were peaceful and did not sponsor terrorism, etc. The US is full of these organizations...AARP, NRA, etc. Employers are covered by the G-325a.

As an example, my wife was a member of the Young Pioneers and Komsomol. Both of these were required memberships, she had no choice, ALL students had to be members. Of course they were communist indoctrination organizations. I listed these on her I-485 and it was not an issue, no questions asked.
