Hey everyone! :star:

Does anyone know what time of day the USCIS website is updated? Is it on a rolling basis, or does it update at a set time every day? Are the files updated several cases at a time or just case by case? I would appreciate any info to calm my nerves.

I-129F Sent 2/2/2009

NOA1 2/18/2009

Touch 2/23/2009

NOA2 Approval Date 6/18/2009 (at Igor's List #167 when approved)

NOA2 Received 6/26/2009

Time of Day? You mean time of YEAR. I filed end of April...received NOA1 and I'm not in the system. None of the May people are either. People have their NOA2's...had their interviews, got married and have been living in the USA for 6 months and theirs still says "processing".

In other words....don't waste your time with Vermonts site. It's useless. A few called and were told that they were busy 'updating' the site and they probably won't ever show up online.

I see you're a Feb filer....alot have been getting approved but not one of them seen anything online...all of them either got their NOA2 in the mail or they phoned the NVC and asked if their case was there. Be better off grabbing a lawn chair and a cooler and hanging out at the mailbox.

They should update the processing times data this week. We may see a change from the Nov 25th date that VSC has had for so long.

Yup mine is still at initial review, we filed petition with Vermont January 28th, and I was entered in April, and I check it once in a while and it's USELESS. I see all these people getting "touches" and email updates etc, and I just sigh. I don't bother with it often.

I noticed that emails of NOA2s were sent out on the 15-minute intervals (15, 30, 45, 00) several months ago when I was waiting for mine. I haven't kept track since.

November 19, 2007 - Met

November 25, 2008 - Engaged

Hmm mine was stuck until I called and asked for an expedite since they didnt have anything different. I had a RFE out there that i wouldnt have known about until I called. Now I have been getting regular updates...I got a second notice for an RFE, but I am just hoping it is the duplicate I requested because i thought the first one was lost in the mail. Hopefully it keeps on updating. I will wait to see what the second RFE is...if it is the same, I will call again (good thing about being military). The only thing that sucks...I'm deployed to kuwait right now.
