Is she in the US?

have you filed for AOS?

does she have her greencard?

if you are just starting the AOS process then just use your new address, you don't need to notify anybody.

Just go to the USCIS website and go into immigration, check status online and you will see a link to change address and just follow the instructions from there. (Takes 10 mins)

Foreign spouse is to submit an AR-11 (either online or via paper version) within 10 days of moving - the USC sponsor (if already submitted AOS) is to submit an I-865 within 30 days of moving (only paper version exists).

Shouldn't be an issue - and since you haven't yet filed AOS, you (the USC sponsor) will simply need to use your 'new/current' address on the AOS forms (and I-864 etc).
