If it's in a right position , no. You can wear it in water. The best thing is you can wear it upto 12 hours straight. I love it especially when I go camping, fishing or traveling... coz you know you dont have access to clean bath room all the time.

I am very sensitive with sanitary napkins and when I was still in Pinas, I fooled around with it till I found out that Modess, by far, works best for me. I did the same thing here in U.S. Most napkins here gave me rashes and blisters until I found Kotek regular, no wings, unscented. For 2 years, it's the only brand that I've been using. I think stayfree and modess is the same.. cause I saw this commercial of stayfree it's the same as the modess commercial in pinas!! I use stayfree never had a problem.
