So I was freaking out after our six months was up and no updates no nothing... we all know how useless it is to call USCIS, they just told me that they are 'behind' and that I should wait.

I contacted Congrasswoman Eshoo's office last Monday on VJ advice and was called on Tuesday by a very nice lady who said that she would look into my case and try to do what needed to be done to get it processed.

10 days later... here it is!!! I got an update that my NOA2 was mailed out June 18!!!!!

Thanks to everyone who gave me advice!

Congresswoman Eshoo is awesome! Her office helped me out too 4 years ago when the INS was delaying my student work permit. (A drop in the bucket of my 14 years of interactions with the INS...)
