The 180 day overstay or out of staus begins after the 90 days of entering on K-1 visa? In other words enter US with K-1 visa on Setember 1, and the 90 days ends December 1, then the days of out of status begin after this 90 day period?

Is this correct? Thanks for response.

No - the clock starts on the expiration of the I-94. (I say it like this for clarification)

Which is 90 days. :) so on the 91st day, your clicking.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

From what I understand when your I-94 expires you start counting (example: Sept. 1st is stamped on your I-94, you start counting the days on Sept 2nd until you file another petition or application and then you stop counting with date of NOA.
