hi guys! so i just passed my medical yesterday.. so here it is..

on the first day,we first went to DFA in the morning to get Lizzy's PI Passport,her appointment was 11am but we got there by 10am and finished by 11am!

so we went to St.Lukes at 12:45,at first the guard did not allow Lizzy to get inside but i told him that Lizzy can't be away from me coz she is still breastfeeding,so he allowed Lizzy and my sister to get inside! very easy to pass through the guard.. then he saw me carrying a plastic bag full of Chips and cookies and he said foods are not allowed,i said "OK!" but when he turned around,i just sneak one cookie on my bag and that's it! another easy way passing through the guard again!haha

anyways, he handed me the Patient Data Sheet(PDS),working flowachart and some more papers...

After filling up the papers,submitted it to the Receptionist and took our fingerprints and picture for their record..

proceeded to 5th floor to cashier and pay P10,454.50, we went down to 4th floor for the laboratory(blood and urine tests), then to 3rd floor for x-ray,then to 5th floor and took our vital signs,height and weight determinations,eye tests... and after that,the physical exam where u have to disrobe completely..

after the physical exam,go to check out counter and they will give indtructions what u have to do next.. for us, they attached a small paper in my receipt saying to go back tomorrow(June 18)...

so that was the end of our first day and it only took 2 1/2 hours... we were out of SLEC by 3:15 pm...

second day

i got there at exactly 2pm,Merce(MC18) is waiting for me already...

so the guard checked our passport and receipt,and stamped our receipt with "Proceed to immunization at 2nd floor"

we got there and waited for almost an hour before our names were called... i was given 3 shots, but Merce did not get het shots and told her she will get her shots once her son will do his medical..(son's case still waiting for completion)

others were right, the second day is really the longest time of waiting... we have been waiting for the result for almost 3 1/2 hours..

we were out by 6:30pm...

thats how my medical went.. very easy.. chicken na chicken!

so to those who will have their medical, dont worry! the process is so easy..as long as u are confident...

02/27/12 - NOA1 petition received(hubby's birthday!)

06/06/12 - NOA2 stating I-130 approved

06/29/12 - NVC received case

07/09/12 - case entered in the system,assigned MNL # and IIN,email add given

07/12/12 - beneficiary emailed DS-3032, auto response received

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

07/28/12 - mailed IV Package

08/03/12 - received DS 230 packet

08/14/12 - sent RFE

08/16/12 - NVC received RFE

08/21/12 - log in failed

08/22/12 - case complete!

09/26-27/12 - medical at SLMC

10/04/12 - interview

12/01/12 - Left Philippines
