I just got marrige with USC and change my last name. so on the top of the form i use my new USC family name.

what should I write in the box that says 'if your native alphabet is in other than Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet below" ?

should I write my first name in native and my new last name in english? or write my maiden name?

I was just looking at that form. What a joke.

Anyway to your question - I believe they want your current name in your native language. That is your name on the day you fill out the lame G325A form.

On my wife's we entered her first name in her native language and then her married last name. So... her first name was in Latvian, and her last name in English

They accepted everything and cashed checks, so I'm guessing you will be fine if you use your first name and married name in that field.
