My reading of the instructions indicates that a second sponsor fills out an I -864A IF you all live in the same household. If your second sponsor lives in a different house, then they fill out an additional I 864.

I believe Dr Arnold does things via snail mail or maybe fax as well. The first step is calling them in any case, so get on that.

As for the rest, I don't know. I recommend a thorough reading of the guides, I'd just be repeating what I found in there.

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

More detailed time line in profile.

1st.. do i need an SSN to file for Adjust of status! :star:No - SS Card/Number is not required - good idea to get one, but it's not required.

2nd.... form I-864 affidavit is need for my sponsor but what about my Co=Sponser it says use form I-864 (A).. where do i find this form or is it just simply using a second copy of the I-864 If your co-sponsor does not live in the same home as you, they will use the I-864.

3rd.. does anyone know of a civial surgeon near Kaufman, texas its about 45 mins SE of dallas! i read about Dr Arnold who is based in Austin. which is a far drive for me.. can you mail her info!? :thumbs:You don't need to drive to Austin to have Dr. Arnold do your paperwork for you.

4th i got confused with my application for EAD do i send it with my AOS package to the chicargo lock box or send it seperate to a Service centre!AOS/AP/EAD, when filed at the same time (which is a great idea) can all be sent to the to the Chicago lock-box - keep in mind, even though you would be sending everything together, they get broken apart so each one (AOS, EAD, AP) all will need their own supporting documents.

Im sorry for asking so many Questions but i have limited internet access at the moment as we havent yet got it installed at home! so the only time i can use the WORLD WIDE WEB!! is when we visit my wifes parents and i cant spend all day at the computer they get :crying: MAD :(!!
