and talking of RFE

when i received my RFE its says i have to return with june 12, as soon as i got my rfe i complete my doc. and send to then express mail. i checked tracking mail online and they received already. here my questions:

how long should i wait the process?

is it enough my evidence that i was send to them here list below.

-joint bank account

-cable,internet,telephone bills

-copy of bank check

- copy my driver licence

- copy of spouse passport (front)

-one picture

-copy of dependant i.d

What exactly did the RFE ask you for?

(Processing usually resumes within a couple of weeks or so of them receiving your response - assuming what you sent is what they asked for.)

As for your passport - if it were me, I would renew it - regardless if you plan to travel or not. My opinion - it is a personal choice of yours of course.

Isn't there an option where you bring two photos to the Infopass and then they put them (or one only?) on a document with the with the extenstion stamp so it serves as I-551. I thought that was for people whose passports expired and they needed I-551 stamp.
