Well it's getting close to my fiances interview(july 6th in abu dhabi),I have no job and no money right now, what do I put on the I-134?,I mean I have nothing period, the only good thing is that we do have a co sponsor who's income is very good but still I fear because I have no job because of this horrible economythat they are going to deny my fiance the visa, should I attach a letter saying I'm presently looking for employment,I have never hated life like I am hating it right now,I have a hopeless gut feeling that we are just wasting our time and money

You will (should) complete the I-134 with as much information as you can - if your current income is zero then that is what you will put on the form. You will still need to supply supporting documents (such as your most recent year's tax return and its supporting evidence).

Since you have a co-sponsor the chance of being denied because of income (or lack of) become much less - in fact you have every chance of being approved as you would if you yourself supplied the qualifying income.

It's not the end of the world - people are in your same situation all the time and are successful.

Well I do have a kinda dead end job that I've had for the last 6 months but it's peanuts($220 every 2 weeks)I'm paid under the table so I have no tax info, plus I don't think I've even made enough to file taxes?,I can't even remember the last time I filed taxes, probably 4 or 5 years ago,I'm guessing thats to long ago to make any difference as far as this affidavit goes?I'm thinking about trying to get the interview date postponed because I do have a prospect for a really good job,I wonder If I can get it postponed?

Personal decision as to whether or not postpone the interview (I personally would not).

You may also want to look into either filing back taxes (at a minimum 2008's) or (for the I-134) write a brief letter of explanation as to why you were not required to file taxes.

I would also file back taxes too, TAX is really important to them and any Federal Gov. request.

Do a quick search online, but if you make under a certain amount annually, you are not actually required to file taxes. The bigger issue you have is the being paid under the table part.

You also said--in another post(?)--that you have some great job lined up. Try to get a statement from this new job.

Make sure you don't play fast a loose with your materials, though. What you write now should be consistent with (not necessarily the same as) what you wrote on your G-325A, and both should be true.

And when not required to file a tax return - a Sponsor should include a brief statement explaining why they're not required to. As for under the table - that's a separate issue - often called tax evasion and is kind of frowned upon.
