I KNOW ITS NOT BIG DEAL LOL BUT AM HAPPY....PEOPEL SENT THERE PETITION IN MAY IN VERMONT ALREADY GOT THERE NO2 SO NO LOGICAL PROCCESSING...THEY EVEN GOT IT BEFORE THOSE WHO SENT IT IN MARS THAT CRZAY BUT ANYWAY THEY WORKING ON DEM ....

Maybe they do some kind of batch processing to send these email messages. I am not trying to be negative, but I really find it hard to believe that any government office would be functioning on July 4.

I just checked, and I got touched today too. I bet it is just a computer program that touches you whenever they update the email system.

yes I think it is just a bacth email maybe they were already touched etc.. and then they were in a buffer in the system and they just got sent out today.

When I was transfer it stated the date which was monday and I got the email on Friday.
