Did you change your name by chance?

You can go back and have them change that as needed, and they can also change the card since you have the EAD. (to make sure it isn't flag as not authorized)

You usually change your address after moving.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

To clarify - your SS Card (currently) doesn't say (or shouldn't) 'not authorized to work' - it should say 'Not Valid For Work Without DHS Authorization.'

The EAD is your DHS Authorization. If you're submitting resumes or applications you should indicate you are eligible to work (applications usually have a check box for this, your resume should contain some wording to this fact).

As stated above - you may go to the SSA office and obtain a new SS card (same number) without this DHS annotation. '

Change of address - application? do you mean AR-11? If so, this should be completed within 10 days of moving (after you've moved).
