Maureen you're always ahead of the rest of us :)

Enjoy yourself. When do you leave? Arizona right? Have a safe trip, you deserve it!

raining!.......................again

Everyone here agrees that we have never seen so much rain, consistent day to day, everyday rain as we have in the last 2 months. It's OLD.

Ash...good to see ya ! You going to Dover this weekend? Just wondering, would love to meet u there. We will go Saturday, definitely.

Uh-oh! Is there a race in Dover this weekend? I need to drive thru on a pretty tight timeline due to my move??? I REALLY don't want to be sitting in traffic!

ETA - it's the air show weekend, isn't it?????????? Ugh!

Canknit, yeah it's the airshow

you live in or near Delaware?

well unfortunately they are calling for, yep, RAIN! So it may be that we don't make it down there.

It sucks cuz I had hubby take off a 12 hour day of work for this. If he we get rained out and have to stay in, that will suck but honestly it will be so nice to have him home for one day this weekend anyway

I live [lived?] in Central NJ. My parents live on the Eastern Shore of VA and that will be my domicile/legal address while living in India.

This Friday night I'm driving down to drop off my car then my father and I will be driving back up Saturday morning. We'll pack the moving truck/van thing mid-day Saturday, turn around, and head back to VA. All in all, I'll be passing thru Dover 3 times in about 24 hours.

Then I have a week with my parents before flying to Delhi on the 28th.

I went to the Nile Hospital in a hurry last night as I was in IUD pain hell and losing a lot of blood and got scared when my vision started going. In the ultra sound they discovered an ovarian cyst bigger than my ovary and said the loss of blood was threatening my life so they had to remove the IUD. I scared the hell out of my Husband and my arm looks like a junky with track marks and bruises from all the needles they put in me. They are putting me on various medicines in hopes to stop the bleeding and decrease the cyst over the next couple of months. I've never had an ovarian cyst in my life but they said something like 70-90% of women get them and because of my weight it increases my chances. He also prescribed medicine for me weight loss and recommended a diet. I've slept most of Thursday away already and now it's 8 pm at night here and Waleed went to work wanting to take me with him to monitor me.

He is spoiling me today by finally going out and getting internet for me so now I have it at home full time!

I am feeling better.

wow! what a crazy thing to go thru in Egypt! I hope things get better for you. I have PCOS polycystic ovaries which are tiny cysts covering all over my ovaries. I cant every take BC pills or anything of that nature bcz of my blood disorder but Im on Metformin to help lower my weight and help control my cysts. Im going to the gyno doc on Monday to see how the cysts are doing. Loosing weight is hard as heck but it is VERY necessary once you find out you have cysts.

I am sorry that you are going through so much after arriving in Eygpt and finally being with your husband I pray that you will recover very soon.

Amanda I don't blame you and glad that you didn't have to go through AP and wait and wait and that your husabnd will have the Visa in hand very soon. You are very blessed.

We are in for a hot one today 90 but I guess I must look at the bright side and that this weather has held off longer than usual so greatful. I am doing very well after my gastric bypass and greatful that I am off all meds. 13 pounds in a little over a week is awesome. I can only pray that it will continue to melt away.

Have an awesome day!

OMG Olivia, I am so sorry you had to go through all that. I hope you feel better soon. What did they give you? I am always scared to take medicine there. Sigh...what can you do though? Anyhow, Keep us updated. Hugs.

Aya, I was wondering how the match with Egypt and Italy was going. Also, I know U.S. and Brazil have a match too. Can't wait for results. Anyhow, we have a long journey ahead of us as well. It's all good though, it's in God's hands.

They gave me Kapron Tranexamic acid 500mg and Dolphin-k SR Diclofenac potassium 75mg, then a weight loss thing which Waleed has yet to pick up as the pharmacy at the hospital was out of it, and then there are several others for the birth control and hormones I have yet to start for decreasing the cyst. The Doctor wants me to come back for more visits with a full bladder for the ultra sounds to monitor the cyst to see if it grows or if it decreasing. I think I'll be ok though now that the IUD is out and the bleeding is slowing down a lot. I never bleed so much in my life and last night was scary but really I'm alright and in good hands.
