hello everyone!

i just want to ask how many pages of our chat transcripts do we have to send as proof since we started communicating Dec.21, 2006 and got married last May 2009? By the way we talk twice every day.

I'd say about one per month. so one from every month from 2006-09. u probly dont need that many but i always say too much is better then too little.

i bring lots of chat logs in my interview last tuesday but consol dont ask me about it..so not big deal i think atlest if ur all documents is complete..i think u be fine just bring little..good luck

MAR 11-2009---3rd visit and wer together again thanks God for the time u give us.
MAR 16-2009---he fly back to US again,i really miss him and cant handle to be far from him.
APRIL 01-2009---RFE
APRIL 08-2009---touch
APRIL 28-2009---NOA2 hard copy receive
MAY 04-2009---NVC letter receive..yeeheee!!!
MAY 25-2009---medical.. PASSED!!!!
JUNE 16-2009---interview..APPROVED!!!thanks God
JUNE 19-2009---visa on hand
JUNE 22-2009---US entry POE Minneapolis
AUG 22-2009---MARRIED

SEPT 18-2009---AOS Sent
SEPT 28-2009---NOA1 receive
OCT 15-2009---BIOMETRICS APPT. DONE
OCT 17-2009---RFE recent tax
NOV 15-2009---EAD and AP RECEIVE in MAIL
NO INTERVIEW in my GREENCARD
DEC 10-2009---GREENCARD APPROVAL letter send
DEC 14-2009---GREENCARD APPROVAL letter on mailbox
DEC 15-2009---GREENCARD on HANDS woohoo.. thanks God

We sent in 5 chat printouts and 5 emails with spread out dates. They didn't even ask for anything at the interview though. I sent some 'snail mail' too (birthday cards & valentines day cards) for all 3 years. If you have them, these are great too because of the postmark on them. If you don't have any just mail her a card, she can bring it to the interview :) Plus it will be sweet of you and costs less than $1 to mail it.

Unfortunately it could take 10 - 15 days to get there though.

Good luck! After 3 years it will be awesome to finally be together!

How are you going to print yahoo messenger chatting it? I tried printing from yahoo archives only first page gets printed..not others..any solution for this?

I don't think you need to worry about bringing a stack of email. It's more important to bring several with the dates spread out over the length of your relationship. My fiance had her interview last month and yes..They did ask for chat logs and email. Good luck. Mike

I sent in with my petition a summary listing of all the emails, text messages, and Skype calls made to that date along with two respresentative emails. I will do the same for the later period for the interview.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

I took our chat print outs at the embassy but they did not ask for them but you can have them with you incase they ask for them. Your timings are almost similar to ours, we started communicating in Nov 2006 got married in April 09! All the best! :)

I copied all ours chat dates listed in the YM archive and then copied 4 chats to show who we are.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

I guess we got lucky we did not send any chat log with I-130 and got approved.thank god

but in the interview she will have atleast 10 chat logs.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

with my case, they never asked neither checked for e-mail chat logs, but it's better to be prepared and bring all possible proofs.i copied all as in all....copy all she can, just to make sure,plus, please tell your fiance or wife to be prepared about the dates from day you guys met til present, and how many times you guys talk in a week, etc...just make a good impression with the first interviewer which is the filipino one and the rest is easy......final consul or interviewer based his questions on how the first interview goes...good luck and god bless you guys....
