Packet 3 vs. 3.5!?

I am doing DCF with Delhi, and got the case number finally! Consulate e-mailed me and said they have mailed Packet 3 to wife (which has Form I-134). I am confused. Isn't I-134 for K-1 Visa!?!?

This is what I gathered from New Delhi website:

http://newdelhi.usembassy.gov/ivpacket309k1.html (Packet 3)

http://newdelhi.usembassy.gov/ivfamilybaspetition.html (Packet 3.5)

For I-130, should I not receive a Packet 3.5? They e-mailed me saying they got immigrant visa petition for my wife and have sent Packet 3....

I'd be giving them a call...if you're married you should be filling an I-864...

May 2003 - Moved to Holland to live with fiance

Dec.2008 - Got married!

Feb. 23 2009 - DCF Amsterdam Consulate!

Feb. 27 2009 - 130 Approved!

Mar. 27 2009 - Packet 4 rec'd

April 17 2009 - Medical

April 27 2009 -Final Interview--APPROVED!!

April 29 2009 - Received VISA in mail!

June 22 2009 - Flew to NY

Sept 18 2009 - Moved to NC-WooHoo!
