Any response from anyone will greatly help. My interview is on July 13 and all along, my husband and i thought that the evidence of support i need to bring with me during the interview is the Form I-864, so we've been busy with that and just today i was the reading the K3 packet from the US embassy and found out that we need to submit I-134 instead. My mother-in-law is going to be a co sponsor since my husband's income is not sufficient for the both of us, what forms does the cosponsor needs to complete? Is it the I-134 too and her tax returns too? Thank you. Pls help.

You need to get this question in the PI regional forum as Manila has been known to not take co-sponsors for K visas. The mom would complete an I-134 as well with all the supporting evidence.

Did you also submit the I-130 for the CR-1 visa as well as going for the K3? The 864 would be used in that case and the 864 does have a provision for co/joint sponsors. The I-134 is essentially unenforceable and that is why a few embassies won't accept them in K visa situations.

Again, check with folks that have Manila experience for the best input.
