Hi, my wife is about to mail a package of documents, probably a flat envelope or something from Cebu to me here in the USA. What service is the best to use as far as cost and speed?

if its important docs i suggest to use the private company like LBC, its great cheaper than fed-ex and UPS i believe... but we've been using fed-ex too during our K1 days, all of them are great... way cheaper is postal service but never trust them when it comes to documents coz u never know when your mail/letter will arrive or if its gona arrive especially from US to Phil... good luck!!!

i uses lbc around 1,200 pesos, it took 3 days from manila to US, i don't know how long if it's from cebu

I use Fedex as well it took 2 to 3 days Cebu to USA..I pay 1300+

I always use FEDEX, can track your parcel online and assured of 3 day delivery and I pay 1,300 pesos
