When to submit I-864 ?

when do you submit I-864? Do you send it with DS-230 and DS-2001 or you take it with you on your interview?

Depends on the country/embassy/consulate.

Usually you send it in with your other paperwork prior to the interview.

NO, that is not true. Read the thread, someone reacted with incorrect information. They still accept DCF.

I applied and was approved for I-130...I got a packet 3 asking for I-134!? Why is that? Isn't that for K-1?

IF doing DCF I always thought the I-864 was handed in at the interview...

Also, there is no NVC stage for DCF
