Wow, just checked the USCIS processing times website chart for Vermont Service Center and it is now listing:

I-751

Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence Removal of lawful permanent resident conditions (spouses of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents

6 Months

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplay.do

Maybe that's been there for awhile and I didn't notice? Hmmm.... Anyone think it's true? I also wonder if that means people who send their I-751 in NOW will be six months, but those sent in the past will be processed according to older timelines?

I applied December for me and my daughter. We received a notice from CRIS that card production has been ordered for my 12 year old daughter and will be delivered within 30 days. Strange that I haven't received any notice yet for my card since I was the primary petitioner.

It would be really messed up if someone's case is originally at TSC, then got transferred to VSC, then CSC, then back to TSC again! What a TOUR!
