I-130 for KIDS approved

Hello there! My kids I-130 got approved June 16, 2009, I wanna know if theres anybody experienced same as my kids, eldest is 11 years old and 2nd is 9 years old you think thy will still have to get interviewed in the embassy and give their finger print though they are minors? if we will comply all requirements righaway you think they can be here in USA before the school starts on August?

Yes they will be interviewed or at least they will have to go to the consulate personally on the day of the interview and their finger prints will be taken because that's a standard procedure, when they will get their GC once they come to US, GC has fingerprint imprints.

Getting an August date is a bit hard I feel, its mid of June and you still have to complete NVC and then there might be a bit of wait for getting the interview date itself after case completion at NVC.

Yes but the guardian will be the one ito be nterviewed since they are minors. A friend of mine's kids went for an interview last week and its the guardian not the kids.

im waiting for that big day too..is there a big chance for minor? mine is 2 years old..got the dilemnna since sophias case before .crba jurisdiction was turned down 4x

Thanks for the ideas I really appreciate it, I guess I have to explain to my little girl that it be at least 3 months from now,shes very sad she cries everytime we talk almost everyday, when we told them their papers got approved both of them said "mama are you gonna back here and gonna get us tomorrow since its already approved?" I will just keep on praying for all of this will speed up....thanks!

I wish her all the luck, she gonna get approved as long as you know that you provided them what they asked...
