I don't get the big hoo-haa over what pageant winners think about anything, really.....And if they do have an original personal opinion, more power to them for voicing it...IMO

But after the whole cluster over Miss CA, makes me wonder....Are pageant winners NOT allowed an opinion or stance on gay marriage? Do they have to be pro gay marriage? That's a bunch of ####### in my opinion. So what if pageant winners are for or against gay marriage...what does their opinion change anyway?

Ever notice that the VJ right is generally silent when VW goes on a rant? She is like the crazy aunt of their family & they don't want to be guilty by association.

I don't know about that. There is about a half dozen or so people who regard themselves as having sole ownership of "the right" as far as VJ is concerned. Its much of the reason that we have this spurious "Us and Them" going on all the time. Its a cartoon version of the partisan divide.
