good day to all...i would like to address this post to all those annulled filipinas if how long did it take u to get ur security NSO paper annotated marriage contract from manila? weeks? months?? mine was mailed by the civil registrar with attached money order last june 11, 2009...would u suggest for me to personally follow up in manila or just wait???to those who have similar case like mine, pls. share ur experiences with this regard.

Hi there to you! I've done mine last May.. I am the one done everything from civil registrar going to NSO.. I do personally went to NSO to give my certificate from the place ive was married. Then waited for 2 to 3 weeks on that only. When civil registrar mailed to the place you've done your case then it will take 15days i think for them to get it. You should keep following it up since you have the right to follow up your case anyways.

u see im from the mindanao province and working in the govt at the moment,,,i want to follow up it myself but m still seeking for 2nd opinion whether should or shouldnt I go there..should i decide to go, ill leave exactly 3 weeks to a month from date they received it so they wont send it to my work address anymore if u say 2-3 weeks...some say it takes 2-3 months..wow!!! ..but good for u coz at least u have it with u now...congrats pala!!!wish i was living near manila area..to be honest, my annotated MC is my 2nd life now that must need special and urgent attention!!! no amount of money can replace my single blessedness again...lol

lilbooger...so as not to confuse u and other readers who wanna share their experience re. this matter---i did everything myself from securing the court finality to local civil registrar to mailing to NSO in manila....accordingly, even if u send it to the local NSO in ur place, they will forward it to NSO manila...thats why ive no choice...

Daisy, My fiance has a sugestion for you , This is what she did and hope you will find it helpful in some way. The first thing she did is to go to the civil registrar in her providence to get her annotated marraige contract and this only takes 30 minutes before they will release it to you.The next thing you want to do is to go to the NSO main office. There they will give you a pink paper to sign and then you will need to submit all the documents that you got in your municipality from the NSO. Once you have done that you now have to wait two weeks before you return back there. (NSO WILL GIVE YOU A DATE TO RETUN BACK )

But it is always better to do what you can in person to speed this process up. We hope this will help you in someway, good luck with your journey

it took 10working days for me to get my annotated MC from NSO after submitting all the necessary documents like the decision and finality,the certificate of registration from Manila local civil registrar with the ctc of my MC

yes ill personally follow up the annotated MC in Manila in July...hopefully the pandemic AH1N1 virus will come to its end....its spreading so fast in Manila,,im scared to catch that flu....(well we all do)

hi, I am from mindanao too. i got mine 3 weeks.NSO main is very slow since they have lots and lots of papers to process. I hope u can get yours very soon.

i just received the email from NSO main office...thank god they replied...

its 3-4 weeks coz they have to enter it in their database in a digital form, accordingly....
