in april 9th it was my fainal divorce court and the court order my ex wife attorney to do the fainal paper but he is the delay and he didnt do it and its been 2 mounth and he is not retern my attorney phone call ....... so i just got letter from my attoreny say that we going to go to the court for drop list in tow weeks if my ex attorney didnt fish the paper so whats that mean ........?

Your attorney is referring to a term called a "drop dead date" otherwise known as a "drop date".

drop dead date n. a provision in a contract or a court order which sets the last date an event must take place (such as payment) or otherwise certain consequences will automatically follow, such as cancelling the contract, taking property or entering a judgment.

It means they will have to respond immediately or else a judgment will be entered by the Court in your favour.
