Don't use anti-wrinkle cream. I adore Nivea lotion and use only it. I drink lots of water, I take pre-natal vitamins, I don't smoke, I eat healthy, and I try to exercise every day.

I don't have wrinkles yet, so there is no need for using any anti wrinkle creams. Though I do Cleansing, toning and moisturizing routine every night before going to bed.

I am still using my Indian brand product, its -- Lakme.

My weakness is ice cream and if I could just held that temptation, I think I can lose loads of weight. I don't eat anything unhealthy other than ice cream. I stay away from oily greasy food, I don't smoke, I do drink but its once in a while kind of a thing.

I hardly put on any makeup other than my lip gloss. I loved having a face waxing, I did get facial couple of times but didn't really feel any difference, so I never continued with that. But with face waxing I do see the glow.

That's all about me.

I don't have wrinkles yet and don't worry about it....but I should try and prevent them. An older friend told me once that now is the time to take care of our skin and I think she's right.

I drink a lot of water, exercise 3 times a week, try to eat right (hmmmm mmmm), take vitamins, and use SPF when I spend an extended time in the sun, oh yea, and I have regular sex  too.

No wrinkles yet, but I have been using anti wrinkle cream since my early 20s. I spent about €65 for a tub of wrinkle cream and use Clinique, Chanel and Shiseido. There is stuff way more expensive (La Mer, La Prarie), but I think that is exaggerated.

I drink lots of water too.

I don't wear sunscreen and don't use anti-wrinkle cream and now that I turned 30 I'm starting to see a gazilion wrinkles next to my eyes. So it's time for a change.

Those are laugh lines!!!

I see those too...but for me...I'm not bothered by it. I don't use, never have used anti wrinkle. It was mentioned about Nivea, and I quite agree, although I don't use it. My great aunt did though, and she lived to be 96, and you would have NEVER guessed by looking at her face!!! She had very beautiful skin. I usually use whatever's cheap. I love Vaseline Intensive Care moisturizer. It's very inexpensive, and doesn't make my skin feel greasy. ( can't stand those kind of creams)

I also don't smoke, drink, do drugs. I drink lots of water. I exercise regularly, and *ahem* try to eat healthy.

And something else. I try to keep my stress levels down. Right now, going through this process is difficult.. but temporary. Over all though, I really believe that keeping a positive attitude, and allowing stress to roll off helps. But maybe that's just me.

I need to win the battle against acne first before I can start the war on wrinkles :help:

So far I use the aveno clear complexion moisturizer during the day, neutrogena on the spot at night, and drink lots of water. But If I neglect any of this steps, I break out.

I should start using something around the eyes though. I've hear good things of the antiwrinkle cream for around the eyes from Olay.

Saludos,

Caro

I use a daily moisturizer with spf and also use a night time moisturizer. I use an eye cream because I sometimes have dark circle, but I think they're probably from lack of sleep. I don't use it religiously. I also eat right, drink tons of water, take vitamins, and exercise daily. I've noticed my nails are stronger since I've been taking my vitamins daily instead of just taking them when I remember. I try to eat only good fats, avoid junk food, and eat as many fresh fruits and veggies as possible.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

I am thinking about giving up drinking too - I have drastically cut back over the last year anyway. Smokers have the worst skin in my experience, worse than sun damage.

I drink over a liter of Mate in the morning. Does wonders

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

This from my husband, the chemist: all those anti-wrinkle creams are a big fat scam. I wear an SPF moisturizer (looooooooooooooove Biotherm) and a foundation primer (Stila) also with SPF. I eat healthy, don't drink, take vitamins (lotsa lotsa vitamin E and silica complex for skin + hair). Sad thing is I smoke, so there goes all my good habits :P
