I'm sure I am not the only lonely soul checking up on the processing times of the centers. However i do find it interesting that Vermont is still on March 6th. This gives me an idea that once they receive back the RFE's they may be keeping an order in accordance to priority dates. Of course when I spoke to someone from Vermont last ( a week ago or a little more) I was under the impression that they will process the cases in any order to just gain some speed at least and not build up the delay even more. The lady told me that this was the "logical" action, which really pushed my buttons at the time. I do not know if she meant working on the cases or just sending out the RFE's. Yet looking at VJ, I don't see that happening either. Seems like they are still waiting on something. I think we will for sure know after the individuals that already had NOA2's return their RFE's to the center and see OR NOT see some action on their cases.

I am just brain-storming here--please feel free to add anything

At some point, hopefully, the service centers will have "accurate" information online.

As of now, the information is useless.

The thing that bothers me is... When I spoke to an Officer there and got him to explain the whole RFE situation He kind intimated that "Sure you are going to get an RFE within 30 to 60 days but..... I have no idea how we are going to process NOA2's after we get them back because there is NO Protocol for processing. So it could be some time after that..." Then he kind of stopped talking about it and there was dead air on the phone line for 10 seconds.

It feels to me like they are not sure how to proceed after all of the RFE's come in to them.

This has been Bothering me, cause we can be in for a long ride still people :angry:

They'll never have the proper accurate information since there'll always be cases approved faster than what they claim to be processing, and cases way past due date.

Hi, how do u know that Vermont have received you petition? We don’t have any news about our petition since it was sent back on May 10. :(

I called Vermont a few times and finally a man was able to tell me that they received it on such and such a date.
