I-130 mail to Europe

Hi,

I have the I-130 approved for my mom.

Now I am waiting for NVC approval.

I sent to my mom in Europe copy of AOS Package and DS 230 Package but I didn`t send vopy of I-130 papers.

Does she need I-130 approval and papers for the interview ?

Hi Viktoria,

My parents had their IR5 interview last month in Peru and they brought photocopies of everything I sent to NVC only... I didn't send them copies of I-130 approval.

At the interview, the consular office didn't ask for any of that. As a matter of fact, the officer returned the photocopies that I had mailed to the NVC.

At the embassy, they only asked my parents for the interview appointment letter, medical envelope, 2 color photographs 2"x2" and their passports... Nothing else...
