1040 for 2008 from the petitioner ???

Hi,

I have received the interview date letter (email to be exact) saying that need "1040 for 2008 from the petitioner". I already sent a print of the 2008 e-file with my package 3. Did I send the wrong item? what exactly do they need?????

Better bring another copy, just in case. I wouldn't even consider going to an interview without a copy of everything ever sent to the USCIS or the consulate.

Call IRS and get your tax Transcript, they are more official than making a copy yourself. they don't charge for transcript.
