I have a question about the AOS. I filed a k1 petition... after he arrives here in the u.s., when is the aos supposed to be filed and pay the $1010.? Within 3 months of him getting here? How long do I have before I have to file it.

You must get married within 90 days. Ideally you file AOS as soon as you are married, before your visa expires.
