in What order do you send out all your forms of AOS package

Timeline

Do you go I-130 first?

After it approves, then I-485, AP, EAD together in the one envelope?

7/12 - Sent I-751 Package by USPS

7/15 - Package was delivered at 11am

7/15 - Date of NOA

7/19 - Check was cashed

7/19 - NOA letter was received

7/28 - Biometrics letter received, date- 8/23/2011

8/01 - Early Biometric was done

11/15 - Card Production ordered

11/19 - 10 years Green Card arrived.

I thought you need I-130 approval to file I-485, to show that your immigrant visa number is approved.

I thought you need I-130 approval to file I-485, to show that your immigrant visa number is approved.

They should all be filed together.

No if you file both the I-130 and the AOS together then the I-130 will be adjudicated on at the same time as the AOS. If you read the giudes for people filing AOS when the did not enter the us on a K visa.

Yes they all go in the one envelope and get sent to the Chicago Lockbox. Make sure you have two checks one attached to the I-130 and the other attached to the AOS.
