As you are aware, USCIS just updated their time table and now the I-130 petition shows the time of 5 months. According to that I am over by a month since I got my I-130 NOA1 on December 23, 2008. What should be my next step, should I call them and inquire about my case?

i have the same situation. 2008 filer.

i have called them and opened a file and told me to call back in 30 days if nothing happens. i have called them after 30 days. Nothing, the person on the other side of the phone can not help with anything.

it looks like i was put off for 30 day of no action.

i hope you guys wont have the same experience.
