Our case was approved 28 june 09, hard copy recieved 4 july 09, and still now 7 weeks and 4 days (53 days) we still don't have nvc case number/NVC not yet received our case. NVC tell to wait 2-4weeks :angry: up to 90 days :crying: :crying:

K-1 Visa Journey:

02.02.09 : I-129F Sent

02.05.09 : I-129F NOA1 Received

07.04.09 : I-129F NOA2 Received / 08.31.09 : I-129F another NOA2 (?)

09.16 &17.09 : Medical

10.01.09 : Interview

10.16.09 : Visa received

10.20.09 : POE-LAX

10.21.09 : arrived Philadelphia

12.08.09 : married

12.16.09 : apply SSN -- 12.28.09 : received SSN card

AOS & EAD

12.23.09 : mailed packet

01.05.10 : NOA1 received (I-485 & I-756)

I didn't wait to get the hard copy of the next step once we got our NOA2 approval..I've called th NVC and was able to get our case #....

am happy for you but for myself???.... whaaaaaaa :( It's been 2week now after the approval of NOA2 but NVC have not received our case so what I did is check again through USCIS am so sad look what I've read...

Current Status: Notice Returned as Undeliverable. :o

On August 26, 2009, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.

It took 11 days for the NVC case no.

05/14/2009 - submitted I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

05/18/2009 - NOA1

08/21/2009 - NOA2 (95 days from NOA1)

09/01/2009 - NVC assigned case no. (11 days from NOA2 incl. 2 weekends)

09/15/2009 - got DS 3032 form from NVC by email

09/17/2009 - sent DS 3032 to NVC by email and by regular mail

09/17/2009 - received and paid AOS fee bill (paid online)

09/18/2009 - NVC accepted DS 3032

09/22/2009 - received and paid IV fee bill (paid online)

09/22/2009 - AOS fee entered into the NVC system

09/22/2009 - received AOS package

09/24/2009 - IV fee entered into the NVC system

09/24/2009 - received IV package

10/02/2009 - sent DS 230 package from Germany to NVC by UPS

10/05/2009 - NVC received DS 230 package

10/06/2009 - DS 230 entered into NVC system

10/09/2009 - sent AOS forms to NVC by USPS express

10/13/2009 - NVC received AOS forms

10/15/2009 - NVC entered AOS forms into their system

10/19/2009 - case complete (49 days)

10/27/2009 - medical exam

10/29/2009 - got notification regarding my interview date

11/03/2009 - got result of my medical exam (everything is ok)

11/03/2009 - case forwarded to embassy

11/05/2009 - case received by embassy

12/21/2009 - interview date (7:30am - 9:15am - approved) - visa in mail on 12/24/2009
