about greencard

guys,pls help. I arrived last may 14 2009 here in L.A but until now i didnt receive my greencard. Im under Cr1 actually,after i arrived here what to do with my status?i really need some advices ,my husband cant help me much regarding this. hE is a cancer patient right now and is getting worst.

just wait for your gc because it will just arrive by mail... then go apply ssn card...because sometimes it wont arrive by mail...so better apply personally sa office nila..

then after makuha mo na gc and ssn card mo pwede ka na mag work...yun..then 90 days before mag two years ka dito sa usa mag apply ka for removal of cr1 mo..para makatanggap ka na ng ten year gc...di ba inexplain sayo sa poe mo yan? kasi sinasabi nila yan eh sa poe mo...and nasa form din yan ng binibigay nila na papers sa poe mo.

for personal experience. takes around 30-60 business from the date poe for the green card to arrived..initially what happen is i called the uscis operator about my trouble and they were able to track the status of it. -- another thing...when they mailed incorrect information on my card i mailed them the correction form and since it was there mistake i didnt have to pay the id card bill..-- while waiting u can apply for state ID , and the ssn to any ssn office nearby...uscis 1-800-375-5283 (TTY 1-800-767-1833) or u can use the no on the i797 notice of action letter
