as the info i read here on vj they say paid dating sites,not free ones,although we knew each other via dating site,then began to talk by phones,skype,magic jack,emails,so when i submitted my i130 i didnt mention that we began first on a dating site.

uscis must know the truth,but not your underwear color :thumbs:

and wait for other reviews as i told u what i did ok

Dating sites like FilipinaHeart.com (even if one party pays for it) do not fall under IMBRA.

As an aside, even if they did fall under IMBRA, it would only mean that you disclose it on the application and would not casue any problem in obtaining a visa.
