Finally Complete case!!!!!!

Good morning,

Our case was finally finished at NVC yesterday, 06/17/2009, but we have an interview dated at the embassy for our k3 on 07/06/2009. I will try calling NVC today or tomorrow to see if they could send our completed case over to the embassy so we can use the July date for our CR1 interview. I hope I am successful at this. Do anyone think I will get any push back from NVC, regarding having them forwarding our case out to meet the July interview date? Do I call the embassy and inform them that we now have a completed CR1 case at NVC, and that our K3 will now be a CR1?

If anyone have done this please share a little insight on your success in making this chnage happen.

Please let me know what they tell you since I'm trying to do the same thing as soon as I get my interview date for July. Please let me knowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!

Thanks jomartinez you helped me with the trick for the receipt IV page.

My case was completed yesterday 6/17/09 and they said the embassy advised them no more interview dates for July

awwww to bad so I will get one in August which is still around the corner.

They said to call the embassy and ask the embassy to call NVC to request your CR1 case to be sent for the interview .

Keep me posted because I'm about to do the same thing and any imput from you will be gladly appreciated, hope to hear soon from you.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
