Separate affidavit submitted for ech person?

Instructions for I-134 Affidavit of Support states the sponsor must submit a separate affidavit for each person; I have petitioned for my fiancee and her two children. Do I submit separate forms for each of the children and do I have the forms notarized prior to the interview or sign the form(s) in the presence of the Embassy Officer?

The latest version of the I-134 does not need to be notarized.

Yes. Please check my profile, my email address is there. Send me an email and I have sample forms ffor Fiancee with children. Each applicant requires a separate I-134 and there are subtle differences in the answers for each person. Not abig deal, but easier to show you sample forms.

New I-134s do not need to be notarized
