what happen to my file (i751)

hello,

its been 12 months to wait my plastic green card never received yet...the situations my GC expired july 2008 i file my removal conditional resident was july first week. and i received bio was aug,2008 and now i received my transferred notice was feb 09 from VSC to CSC, until that time still waiting and checking case online in the internet and the processing time too. all of the sudden june 6 2009 i received RFE and they in the notice i have to reply until june 12, and i did as soon as i received the letter i complete all the evidence with my husband. i bring in the post office for express mail. now still waiting

i open my computer today and checked the processing time online and my case status. my case status still the same. and when i go processing time wowww...i know they transferred in ca. but i saw i am out of processing time. i never seen the i751 on there....

i am so worried what happen to my application and RFE even approval letter never received yet i dont know when?

is it anybody else the same thing what happen to me it takes long.?

i dont know what i am gonna do?

Since you just got the RFE - it means they're just now getting to your case - assuming you provided them with what ever they wanted (in the RFE) you should be hearing something soon. If not, you can make an infopass appointment to either find out what is the progress of your case and/or get an extension to your NOA1 (which is a 1-year extension of your PR/Green Card).

Hi display name,

If you don't hear anything by mid of July. I would suggest to contact your senator/congressperson. Ask for their immigration liaison. They will send you an inquiry/info release form via email or fax. Send it back and keep checking with them. Also of folks went to their senator/congressperson who did inquiry into their case and a week or 2 after inquiry their case was approved.

I think if make an infopass they will tell you that it's processing and keep waiting... So i think contacting a senator/congressperson is your best option.
