Where is the packet 3 ?

Hello,After the petition was approved from the uscis and the assigned case from the nvc, we didn't get any answer from the embassy here where i live, i mean morocco , i want to know why the packet 3 is taking so long to be sent to me , one month and a few days and no packet from the embassy , i am a little bit worried ,

Can someone Give me advices , i ll be so thankful

I know that they are changing rules at DCF in India, may be same thing is happening with you.. that's why its slow

Contact the embassy and give them the case number from the NVC and ask them on the status of the case

Our packet 3 never has showed up, my wife has been here more than 9 months. Best to contact the consulate by email or phone. In most cases you can download all the instructions and forms you need.

If it has only been one month since NOA2, I am not surprised that you haven't seen packet 3 yet. It takes nearly a month just for it to go through NVC and then make it to the embassy.

I would recommend the USC fiance calls DOS to find out if the embassy has received your file or not, they are much more responsive than the embassies. 202 663 1225

Also, check out your embassy info page, it lists all the contents of packet 3 and the documents you'll be asked for. At least you can get a head start. http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/inde...;cty=Casablanca

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

hello , i'm again asking help , you know , i called the embassy today , and i told them i have not receive the packet 3 , when i asked her about the entreview date , she told me i have just 4 days , that means , after 4 days i ll pass it , but the problem and because i was waiting for the packet 3 , and i didn't get any piece exept the photos

, my question , what if i try to report the date , can i do that ? or can i pass the entreview with no pieces on me ,

help me , i ll be so thankful
