Petty Violation Bench Warrents

So, Now after I just filed my petition I have remembered that when I was living in NY (I now live in SC) I had two court appearances I missed, I was a student and had no money or time to go to court.... My first Violation was an "open container" tail gating at a Mets game. And the other Violation was for cutting across "trespassing" in Washington Square Park after hours. Also, I was never arrested for the previous open container violation after missing court when I was picked up for trespassing. I was never arrested or booked for either offense, But I never did go to appear in court. Today I called the city to find out how I can lift the bench warrants from my record and the woman said I have to go to court in Queens/ Manhattan and talk to the judge. Now the problem is I live about 850 miles away.... Will this affect my I-129F petition? (I am the petitioner) . I did not report this on my I-129F because 1. It was not more than three crimes involving alcohol and the trespassing was not listed on the laundry list of other crimes. Can anyone help?
