I just dont think that there are that many people that think all muslims are responsible for what the "some" muslims have done. I know I dont think like that, but I do get tired of not seeing enough people say Hey whats going on is wrong and needs to be stopped, or something else needs to be done differently to get people to think about things differently to not want to go out and suicide bomb their country people, or beat a fellow or whatever the case maybe. I would love to see more people whether muslim or not, be that voice to say that its not OK. Too bad there is more fussing over religions on here, so no wonder things wouldnt be any differently somewhere else in the world.

and I will speak for myself and my own situation when I say this... After what Adam and several other former muslims now christians have went through in Egypt, or even in various parts of the middle east, and it wasnt done by terrorists per se but by people that dont know how to mind their own religious business about what someones relationship with God is... has made me more skeptical about islam. I firmly believe that its all about having a personal relationship with God and its not for other people to dictate which religion you should have. Maybe its a cultural thing over there or not, but it has left a bad impression to me.

I would say that killing anyone in the name of religion or 'pro-life' is being violent and it's unnecessary. There are also many forms of violence and outright bigotry is just as poisonous.

Also, note that I never said Muslims don't kill people. I was pointing out that non-Muslims kill people too. Violent extremists exist in every religion.

"Radical Islam" isn't something that can be angered. It's not even Islam. If there were a bunch of people calling themselves Christians blowing up people and places in the name of their "religion", their cause wouldn't be called "Radical Christianity" anymore than Sein Fein's was. no one would consider them to be Christians nor entertain the idea that their holy book condoned violence. But a faith that is "foreign" and "exotic" to Americans can easily be made into what it's not. As far as I'm concerned, both the terrorists and the antagonists are on the same side, stirring up the same hatred and spreading the same ignorance. Two sides of the same coin, they are.
